Return Policy

Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY. All returns must be back to our storefront within 14 days of the date received.

Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. Any sale items or accessories returned, will NOT be processed. If you wish to have this item returned back to you, a $10 fee will incur. All sale items and all coupon codes are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original condition with tags attached. If items have make up, deodorant, or other stains/odors you WILL NOT be given credit and the items will be sent back for a $10 return fee.

Shoes must be in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will result in the shoes being ineligible for return.

If an item you receive is damaged or incorrect, please call 360-957-9477 for further assistance.

If the order is returned past the 14 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you for a $10 fee and no credit will be given.

Please keep in mind that we only process returns Monday-Friday.

Exchange Instructions

Please place a new order online for the items you wish to purchase. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we have received your return. 

Please note that we cannot hold any items while waiting on returns during the shipping process.

Once your return is received, we will issue you a gift code via email to use as you wish on future orders.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to domestic addresses only within the United States.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $100: A flat rate of $10 for shipping.
  • Orders over $100: A flat rate of $5 for shipping.

We use the following carriers for our shipping:

  • USPS
  • UPS

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier used. While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please note that delivery times may vary.

Weekend Shipping

We do ship on weekends, so you can expect your order to be processed and shipped on Saturdays and Sundays.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress until it reaches your door.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly if you believe your package is lost or stolen.
